I dropped below mail to head of customer service
Good morning
writing you mail sixth time regarding same issue,at your website contacted customer care officer Ms.Anu kotian and now I have escalated to head of customer service derpartment Ms.Vinath Hegde,Is this Eureka forbes we hear at time of agreement you folks just take Rs-1950 from me and now I have to beg for service if this time I dont get it done I will file legal suit against you and you will have to pay me heavy compensation my ticket number is 4818506b52a2. after my first mail person(Mr.Stepen) from your end came and he replied me like he needs some part of machine he said he will get back to us in one day,I had contacted him twice they are saying that part is not available as of now,kindly will you solve my problem,at the time of service agreement you dont tell us if part wont be available than you cant serve us,being a such customer of such big brand we are suffering since last 37 days,kindly give id of some supervisor or someone with whom I can communicate my problem otherwise
I will search mail is of CEO from google and draft him/her mail.
