Complaint Details
Purchased Acquaguard Inova (unit no. 2110937) from M/s Verma Enterprises, Mirzapur (franchisee of Eurekaforbes)on 07.05.06. In July 2011 it's carbon was changed & just thereafter the machine started water leaking and after some days it stopped working. I had made several calls to the above service provider and personally visited to their office requesting them to attend the complaint. But they have turned a deaf ear to my request & only making excuses. Aggrieved with the response of the franchisee, I have approached the company in the structured way, however even after lapse of 15 days period, no response received from them in the matter.
