Complaint Details
This is in regards to my servicing request being unattended for the past 6 months. My Aquaguard Customer id is 1007078916.
I had been calling your customer services multiple times but my request is still unattended.
I've started capturing some of the request details as below
1- Complain #63919472 - Raised in Oct'11 via telephone call
2- Complain #64311506 - raised on 1st Nov'11 via telephone call
3- Sent the request via email(customerservices@eurekaforbes.co.in) on 4th Nov
4- Raised web request on 4th Nov'11 with Service Request Number - e50cc58246eb
(Complain # 64311506) and followed up yesterday but so far I've not received any responses. I had requested to provide me an escalation number but I've been refused.
I request you to take my request on priority and respond.
For your referene - I had noted the complain #63919472 for the call I made last month i.e. October.
