We have purchased one vacuum cleaner in the year 2003 from Eureka Frobes - Model Name Euro Jet. It was saled to my father by convincing him that for any problem due to operation or replacement of parts- there will never be any problem as per the commitment of the co. We have started using the m/c even without any demo -even after requests. Due to less knowledge of usage and also reqmt - use of the M/c was very minimal - once a year on average.A fixture called rubber bush which joins the main body of the compressor and the horse pipe has been found hardened, cracked unusable almost 3 yrs back. We tried to get through any store. after getting failed we requested Customer care - Service deptt. of Eureka Forbes in May- June 2010 for the parts. We had been adviced to visit the shops/outlets of Eureka Forbes in Dwarka. For the last one and half years we have visited thier said offices in Sec12 and Sec 7 at least 5-6 times and called innumerous times. Everytime we get reply we same will be ommunichen it comes the same will be communicated. Till now I got two three calls and two visits of their executives but everytime telling that they were given the complian for the ROs and waterpurifiers and not for Vac cleaner rubber bush. I cannot arrange the fifty rupees parts any other way than getting it from Eureka Forbes. For the last three years the VC is idle and may become dead - and it will be a real waste of the hard-earned and tax given net money. I post the grievance here with a postive hope to get the parts within a week.
