Hi,

I bought a Aquaguard water filter from Eureka Forbes and they were suppose to provide free service after 6 months without giving them a call. I called them thrice In October 2011, was no use. Never got any technician or call back from them.

I tried online srrvice request on 24th Oct

Followed up with next level contacts on 1st Nov, 3rd Nov and 9th Nov respectively. Still facing issue with no technician call or service and not even any response.

I need to be compensated for this mental torture and expenses I incurred in making all these efforts.
