Complaint Details
Service made to my Aquaguard machine was defective and started malfunctioning. I lodged the complain on 28 Oct,2011 vide ticket no.7285544e8ad5 and further requested to even the higher tiers of the Eurekaforbes Officers but problem of my machine is not yet resolved . The company has trapped me by making assurance to provide efficient services for two years, & made a contract against a good consideration paid by me and now cheating me.
