Complaint Details
For the second time same defect has occurred
Vacuum cleaner stopped working
Smoke came from machine
(Earlier defect found was, both rubber bushes defective, after repeated complaints, one bush was rectified (not replaced), the other bush is still not replaced/ rectified. Remarks of "incomplete job" was written in your job card)
This is more than 6 months old complaint.
Both the defective rubber bush was not replaced but only Temporally repaired.
Job card remarks mentioned by me , "INCOMPLETE JOB" not same defect has arised
