Complaint Details
I have vacuum cleaner which broke & hence I lodged complaint with the company for support. I even sent a letter (by Registered AD) to the Managing Director of Eureka Forbes giving full details of the problem. In spite of writing to MD of the company there was no response. I have enclosed the above letter for your ready reference.
