Complaint Details
I had put in a service request through your helpline on 26September 2011 (request no. 85593522) as my Aquaflo was not functioning. I am covered under a one year AMC from 10Aug11 to 9Aug12 with your authorised service centre Skylark Eng. Inspite of repeated calls, nobody has attended the request. I am without a water filter for almost 2 months now.
