Complaint Details
I have bought a classic model of Aquaguard water purifier from EUREKA FORBES for which I have paid Rs 2750 on 8.7.2010 as annual maintainance charge for 3 years. The instrument is not working properly since a month and repeated complaints to the service centre at my area yielded no result till date. Even after paying the maintainance charge I have to buy bottled water from the market for a large sum everyday. could you kindly look into the matter?
