Complaint Details
It is submitted that one of the above said company representative Mr. Deepak Kumar sales executive bearing employee no. VAPS-06793 visited my residence 114A, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana -141001 on 04.11.2011 and discussed the various plans of the landline and broad band service of the company. I gave a cheque no. 341810 dated 04.11.2011 for Rs. 1050/- being the amount of activation charges and one month rent in advance. I took the plan of Rs. 549/-+ taxes P.M. On the very next day I received a mail from the company that the broad band connection will be installed with in 5 days. On 07.11.2011 the required wire was installed at my residence and the person visited my residence told us that there is a mistake on the part of the company as they had choosen the wrong exchange and hence the broad band connection was not installed on 07.11.2011. We were promised that the broad band connection will be installed on 09.11.2011. But till date no response is from the company till date i.e. up to the night of 15.11.2011. Mr. Deepak Kumar while giving me the receipt bearing CAF no. 17800030321164 given us the phone no. 9872996076. It is matter of concern that from that date his above said mobile no. is either not working or he is not picking our phone despite various calls. I have contacted the Customer Care no. 180030007777 on 12.11.2011 at about 5 P.M. and the person talked with me assured me that the top executive of the company will respond you with in a 24 hours and the action will be taken on the erring officials. Then I called on the same no. on 14.11.2011 the same assurance was given to me. On 15.11.2011 at 9.47A.M. a call was made to Nodal Office phone no. 18602002011 at Chandigarh the person attended the phone given me the same assurance.
Sir, after the lapse of about 11 days neither the broad band connection is installed nor the refund is being made to me. This is total deficiencies in the customer towards the customer. Please take the appropriate action against the erring official i.e. Mr. Deepak Kumar and the said company as I have suffered a lot of mental harrassment during these days
