I bought a Aquasure Amrit model on 19-09-2011. After a long wait and different complaints including a complaint here(0001634/2011) finally a service technician has come to look at the filter.

But he said that this model cannot purify more than 100 liters of water at Nalgonda and finally concluded saying that its water problem.

At the time of purchase i clearly mentioned our address, i have also registered for warranty after purchase where i have to give my full address. If it doesn't work at our place atleast they should have mentioned at that stage where i can return the product.

In the manual it says one cartridge can filter 750liters of water, which never happened.

Even we can see the advertisement in our television sets in nalgonda which never say that this product should only be used at particular places.


As the product doesnot the meet the standards of what they mentioned,i request them either to take the product back and refund my money in any way or make the product work as they advertised.

Finally i would like to confirm that Nalgonda is a district in Andhra Pradesh and it got a population of morethan 5 lakhs, we all get same drinking water through government water lines and are not bore water.
