My I NOVA machine which is under AMC is not working from 25 Oct 11. Raised complaint thru phone complaint number is 64194706, called them and reminded them many times. Whenever i called the answer was within 24 hrs issue will be resolved.But issue not yet fixed till now. Raised complaint thru internet escalated as per the process mentioned in Net but no action for that also. Net complaint number is a3687c7b5217
