Complaint Details
I had entered into a 3 year service contract with your Company for the period from 01-09-2010 to 31-08-2013 vide receipt no. 17974842 dated 01-09-2010 for water purifier model ST2000. My customer code is 1005237366. I have been chasing on the aforesaid numbers and mobile no. 9304055537 of one Sinhaji for the last 2 months for the due annual maintenance, but of no avail. About a month back one representative did come only to tell us that he would come next day with the gadgets and he never returned. Such gross callousness on the part of service providers of such a reputed Company has been unheard of. Responsibility must be fixed on such irresponsible persons, involved in providing service, for torturing the bona fide customers, and , annual maintenance of above purifier be done immediately .
