Complaint Details
We are using water purifier from year 2000. Invoice receipt 17236965, dt. 28.12.09 after collecting Rs 1195.upto 27.12.2010. they were suppose to give two services but they were not attended after collection of money. We asked to attend as the service is due. But they are asking for money for new contact. Either servicer must return the payment for non giving service. Or They must give service for the absense. Please do the needful. Ch J Rao
