Registered complaint thru Customer care center - complaint number is 64194706 on 25 Oct 2011.

Till now issue is not fixed. Now Customer care center resource has replied not to call them and they cannot do any thing.

Machine is under AMC and im having necessary documents for the same. Im not sure how they can say that Service cant be done for a machine which they have agreed thru AMC contract.

Need detail how to get the issue in my I nova-Water prifier if Customer care is not ready to take any action.
