On 08/11/2011 I purchased citrus juicer for Rs.1440 in Chennai. Even before Within 2 days it developed problems. On friday 11/11/2011 I registered a complaint in the toll free number - complaint no is 702550. Though I was informed that within two days their engineer will visit my place to rectify the problem.But nobody visited. Till date there is no response from them.
