Complaint Details
On 25.10.2011 I paid Rs. 7990/- through a cheque to the authorised sales person of Eureka Forbes for new 'X FORCE' vacuum cleaner.The deal was finalised on condition that they will repair my old Eureka Forbes make old vac. cleaner, Euro clean 2000, free of charge and will return back it to me within 4 days.This undertaking was taken in writing on invoice of new m/c and commitment of the concerned senior sales officer Mr. Dhananjay Sonawne. But as was afraid of, till today neither I got the m/c back, nor they attend my calls. I lodged official complaint no. 85891357 with their call center on 16.11.2011. Even after promise of their H.O.D.Pune, I have not yet received my m/c. Strange thing is nobody is attending my phone also.I am stunned now.
