I have got an eureka forbes water purifier on 18/10/2010. I was told that there would be free 4 services for 1 year. I didn't got even a single free service and Iam following up with them for last 2.5 months for servicing. my complaint no. is 37c1799e4efb in their system. Now I want to give this water purifier back as today I checked water quality level which was 350 in this system , which is very high then health standards.I got in touch with Mrs Singh and Mr Bali ( general Manager) of this company but they are showing no interest in helping me. please help me as Iam cheated by this company.
