Complaint Details
We had purchased one water purifier in the month of August 2011. Eureka forbes is unable to provide a valid bill till 07-Dec-11. Also, the sales engineer has provided several wrong commitments and mentioned that all the detiails will be available in the bill. The escalation was done through call center and through their web site in the month of November, however without any positive response. The service request number with Eureka forbes is 119aa678e196.
