Complaint Details
I had registered a complaint by calling up the nearest service center on 12/11/11. On not getting a satisfactory response I called up the Eurohelpline (Bangalore). Every time the service date was postponed to the next 24 hours. This happened three times.

On getting tired with giving repeated reminders I got the matter escalated to Ms. Anu Kotian followed by Ms. Vinath Hegde.

I have not got any response from anybody till date. Its going to be almost a month. This irresponsible behaviour and such careless attitude is very annoying and forces me to register a complain.
