eureka forbes water filterproduct no. bcode 22228 bd108006236 aquasure nano purchased on 06/11. machine has been not working for more than 2 months and has been repaired at least 7 times, everytime a service request was done, it took at least 15 days to repair, at this rate machine has been useless and my family had to drink unfiltered water exposing them to deseases. machine was bought to keep my aging parents healthy and machine has failed in this, machine returned to the service agent and requested for the complete unit replacement
