Dear sir, I have purchased Aquaguard Total Enhancer Green RO water purifier from a sales representative by name 'Mr.Tharun Reddy(Mobile: 8008093863)'. With lots of false commitments like life time free service etc., he delivered the water purifier to me approximately after 1 month's time by losing my peace of mind through enormous number of follow ups with him, customer care center, and head office in Secunderabad.The Invoice number is 761050200 dated 23.08.2011 with the cost of Rs.11990/-.
Immediately after installation I found that the taste of the filtered water was bad(much saltier than the normal drinking water). Hence, I asked the same thing to them and they asked me to leave the water for first time once the purified water storage tank is filled. I did the same. Apparently the taste is same and I complained regarding the taste of the water on 19th November through their customer care call center(04039883333). No one from their service team has turned up till more than 2 weeks of time after giving the complaint even with multiple follow ups from my side. In the month of December between 10th and 13th, I called them up on this issue and they gave me a new compalint number 64784116. Not through call center's help but finally I was able to get the contact number of the area service manager Mr. Ratnam Raju and called him up. He sent a service engineer after 3 days of complaint and the service engineer had replaced the one of the catridges of my water purifier. I was happy for a moment that the water has come to normal taste. But, the water started leaking from the water purifier and it started spoiling my wooden cup board built for water purifier. I called up the service engineer (mobile : 8106120406) again and he turned up after 3 days of my complaint. He replaced the catridge once again saying that the recently replaced catridge was leaking.
The newly replaced catridge is again delivering the bad taste of the water. When I asked the same to the service engineer, I got the same reply to leave the first tank of water. But, still the water taste is bad. by taking this water the taste buds on the toungue are becoming numb.
With the lot of frustrating experiences and wasting a lot of my valuable time even after showing patience for 4 months, I am complaining this to you for your kind take up of this issue and do me the justice.
I would request to penalize the Euroka forbes for their negligence towards their customers and also delivering faulty products.
