Sir,
I am vary much disappointed regarding A.M.C of our water purifier. The local service M/s Sadhana Enterprise" (Ph.No. 03512 645241, 98320 55538) told us that we get free service every 3months & when we required service, at the time of A.M.C dated 13.11.2010. But in that period they come only one time, dated 27.3.2011. Now they come again for new A.M.C. We refuse there proposal and told them to fulfill our previous A.M.C.by extend the date & time, dated 15.12.2011. But they don’t reply, & send a serviceman on 18.12.2011. We again talk with them, but till now they not responding. In this period I was ill and admitted in nursing home due to water based dizzies. For your kind information I am tiling you in previous we also face this type of problem after purchasing this product.
