I have purchased a vaccume cleaner of eureka forbes(trendy neno)but it does not work as it takes no power and does not start. i have lodged a complaint against this problem on 07.12.11 to compnies service center but no body is attending my complaint.some representative namely sapna had called me and assured me to solve my problem but of no use.i have used all four steps which are mentioned on compnies website.i have still same problem in my trendy neno so you are requested please try to solve this problem asap.
