Complaint Details
Website says, the set top box supports cinema style Dolby Digital Plus 7.1 surround sound but in actual the box provides Dolby Digital(without plus)5.1 surround sound. Till now none of the content has been broadcast in 7.1. We cant say that set top box supports 7.1DD+?, If it supports also, then TataSky is not broadcasting anything with 7.1 sound. Its misleading, we cant enjoy DD+ 7.1 sound using Tatasky +hd Set top Box and Tatasky should clearly mention that only support to 7.1DD+ does not mean that we will get it.
