Complaint Details
I had obtained a service contract for my water purifier on 23/02/2010,which is valid upto 22/02/2011.During this period three services are to be done,but as of now only 1 initial servicing was done.I had requested for servicing on 5/1/2011 (complaint no. 84137044) which was not followed up.Then again I requested for servicing on 12/1/2011,and was told that servicing would be carried out immediately(same complaint number was used).But as of today(20/1/2011) no servicing has been carried out.
