complaint lodged on 16th dec 2011 for the stoppage of water and malfunctioning of the aquasure with ro & uv purchased on 24th oct 2010.but no service technician ever contacted me for the service.since then no water is flowing and ive to purchase mineral water and i think the product is not worth of rs.14000 that i paid as in one years time it has failed and the company is avoiding to solve.the company is not responding to my complaint.i want justice as my children are facing life risk by drinking tap water or water purchased from outside.the purpose of buying such a product to provide bacteria free water as committed by the company has been unsuccessful.ineed the positive solution at the earliest.service ticket no.2735994b9bbe
