Made full payment online for water purifier infinity model on 11th Dec 2012. machine was delivered and installed on 17th after several calls. top lid was defective not locking. requested for a replacement some sales persons and agents said replacement was not possible since it was purchased online. the sales persons number on my invoice never came, after promising to me on phone several times. i went directly to the their office several times to get the replacement. it was delivered on 30th. again its a defective product water doesn’t stop even after pressing the stop button. i was suppose to be given an new machine as replacement but got a old machine which was made to look like new. i say this because the catalogue inside the box had some name and number written on it. so now i am totally unhappy with this product. i can bare a defective product but 2 in row still can be bare with it but cheating me with a old machine is not acceptable. I raised these concerns in the eurekaforbes service request portal to the head costumer care officer Ms.Vinath Hegde on 2nd Jan. The response time given there is 24 to 36 hrs but until now I had not received any response. The sales person told me that he come with another replacement on 2nd after I called him, he also have not come back to me yet. Today I called and registered a complaint on service helpline number given in the web site. It’s been almost a month since I purchased the product from them and till now I have not got value for the money I have paid. Online purchase is been shown as so simple on their web site but I been made to run behind them to get the service.
