Hose pipe of my vacuum pump (trendy steel) is broken and I am unable to use it. I am talking to local service representative as well as call center people since last 3 months. I have registered a complain on web site also; however, no action is yet taken by the company. My web site complain registration number is 74a950ae54cd.
