Complaint Details
I have ordered some products from www.shopping.indiatimes.com for almost 1 month ago.They have not delivered my 3 orders yet and when talked to their customer care they only said that your order will be delivered within 48 hrs.and this has been happened almost 7-9 times but the originality is they had not even dispatched my orders.My order nos. are-

2)30000019142
3)30000035029
Also my 2 orders had been canceled by them without informing me and my money has not been refunded even after 20 days of the cancellation of the orders and they each told me that they will refund in 2-3 days.Orders nos. on which my money has not been refunded are-

2)30000025601
I am fed up with their service and request ccrc.in to take serious steps against www.shopping.indiatimes.com.
