Complaint Details
I have received ON 07-01-2012 the cooker.I paid the money and the courier has gone. The package appears in tact from outside. It is not tampered. But, on opening the package, I found the glass panel is broke. I have injured my hand also. The service center is in delhi. I have dialled them based on the phone number on the invoice.There is no reply from them. I did not find any warranty card inside. There are only a manual, invoice, and a caution notice. nEITHER THE COMPANY ANSWERS PHONE, NOR EMAILS. ONLINE CHATTING CLOSES THE MOMENT THEY REALISE IT IS A COMPLAINT AND NOT AN ORDER. TEH ONLINE TRADING IS CHEATING A NUMBER OF CONSUMERS LIKE ME. I WANT A REPLACEMENT OF THE COOKER.
