K'lly request your intervention the same.
I mark a mail 5 times to Just Dial but no revert and no resolution of my complian till date.officer not pick my phone i am very frustrated from just dial services.Mr Anubhav barnval yesterday call me at 11 PM at night and conveyance for his mistake for misselling of his product they said to me pls consider as listed.but why i share his mistake which is not considerable.they told me his product value for platinum position is 10,000 plus service tax on other hand they sold me rs 8800 for listing platinum position.when they not complete my contract fully not updated my business keyword in his contract which is mentioned in my letter head,why they say for consideration the same.they made wrong sale of his product.i am really frustrated from just dial services.and need to satisfied service.

I am listed Platinum Customer of your company Company name Car Libas but i am not satisfied from your services.Given categories from my side as guide from your officer Mr Aman Virani and Mr Sandeep but no complete information given from my business related queries in your listing.I complaint from your officer Mr Aman but they not satisfied me.When I sign the contract i am not aware for your all keyword in my business categories,your team was responsible and if they give right suggestion or any browser of all key word regarding my business so definately this was a good service.Last week I signed my contract and pay for Platinum position for my business.I am not satisfied from Just dial services.

Pls resolve the same, some other categories goes to other businessman not for mine this is not fare for my Platinum position.

Mr Aman Virani(09987742596) and Abhinav handle my contract i request to those person please put the remaining categories which is related from my business.


Example:I listed for Car Decorator but somebody search car decoration they call go to or show to some other.
In my contract I gave point for Car Music system and your key word in system is Car stereo Dealer so why your operator not choosing this category for me.Its a common things for all person when they make any contract.Why your team denied they told me if your contract paper mentioned all points which is in our key word we listed for you.
If they suggest to me when the time of signed my contract,if they give all key words related from my business which is mentioned in your system so contract signed satisfactory.
