EUREKA FORBES GROUP CUSTOMER SALES SPECIALIST SIDDARAJU CAME AND MADE DEMO ON 1-01-12 AT OUR RESIDENCE. HE INFORMED THAT THERE IS OFFER GOING ON AND YOU WILL GET ONE SCRATCH CARD WITH TWO ASSURED GIFTS. BASED ON THIS IMMEDIATELY WE HAVE BOOKED ONE EUROCLEAN WET AND DRY VACUUM CLEANER AND HANDED OVER THE CHEQUE FOR RS. 10990/- ON 2/01/12 WE HAVE RECEIVED THE VACUUM CLEANER BUT NO SCRATCH CARD. SIDDARAJU INFORMED THAT HE FORGOT AND WILL GET THE SAME WHEN HE COMES FOR DEMO. EVERY DAY WE WERE FOLLOWING UP FOR DEMO AND SCRATCH CARD. BUT HE WAS NOT TAKING OUR CALLS. FINALLY HE CAME ON 8/01/12 AROUND 10.00AM. HE TOLD HE HAS TO ATTEND OTHER CUSTOMERS SO HE GAVE US DEMO IN 10MINUTES AND LEFT. WHEN WE HAVE ASKED FOR THE SCRATCH CARD HE SAID HE WILL GET IT IN THE AFTERNOON 2PM SAME DAY. BUT SOFAR NO NEWS OF IT. WE CALLED HIM MANY TIMES HE IS GIVING FALSE PROMISES.
IS THIS THE WAY THE COMPANY TREAT CUSTOMERS?
PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS AND ARRANGE TO GET THE SCRATCH CARD AND THE GIFTS WITH OUT FAIL.
