I had asked the sales man for a water purifier with green Ro and uv. But he has delivered a system with only RO. I asked the sales man to replace it with RO & UV and agreed to pay the difference also. He agreed to replace it but was delaying it. Now, he has stopped receiving my calls. May I request you to replace the system
