I Sri Debapriya Dutta would like to apprise you that, I had joined Herbalife India as on August 2010 & enlisted my name as Herbalife Distributor on behalf of my retired father by paying Rs 50000(Fifty Thousand) to purchase Herbalife Products.

I had planned that my father will look after the business in place of me & we will build a strong line as Herbalife Distributor. But unfortunately, my father got severe heart upset as on October 2010 & he is bed ridden at present & on the other hand I had invested Rs 50000(Fifty Thousand) to purchase the Herbalife Products vide my Herbalife Invoice Number – W70012925 dt 30/08/2010(MY HERBALIFE ID NUMBER W 1515355) by taking Loan from market at a very high interest.
From October 2010 to till date, I am continuously begging my Sponsor Mrs Runa Dasgupta to kindly appoint anybody in place of me & sold out my stock with the earliest & release me from the Loan burden. She helped me to sell out my stock amounting Rs 15000(Fifteen Thousand) till date. But the remaining stocks lying with me are very close to cross the expiry date. She fully turned back from the issue right at this moment. If I take retirement from Distributorship then, I will just get 10% refund amount of the total stock lying with me. At present, I am very close to lose Rs 35000(Thirty Five Thousand)
My condition is very pathetic being the only earning member of the family.

Kindly help me out in this regard. Is this a fair business practice?
