From last 15 days I am not getting any response from anybody:
We had surgery of my 2.5 years kid in May-2011. So I have enquired about Aqua guard purifier on the Internet. So sell executive (I don’t remember exact name but as per Bill he is Mr. Bandu) contacted me. We are using mixed water (boar + corporation) form last 5 years and I have conveyed same thing to him before purchasing of model. He suggested me the Infinity Model. Due to blind faith on Aqua guard, I ordered the same without any argument and I am drinking the same water. But few days before, I came to know that the Hardness of Water is 270 which were confirmed by Aqua guard Technician. This water is not supposed to drink by Children below 5 years of age. I have requested to following person to resolve the issue: Mr. Sushil Waldhe.

Ihave contacted and visited multiple times to their ofc personnaly and via phone but I got the very discourteous treatment from Mr. Dipak Tupe and he directly told me that “ You can do anything whatever you want but we are not going to replace the model and you can exchange your current model at the cost of only 500/
Now I have registered the complaint to change the model as it was wrongly suggested model to achieve the sales target and due to which I am suffering from loss of 9999/- as well as we are drinking the same water with this hardness from last 5-6 months.and I am continiously following for this complaint on 02039883333 But Mr Sumit Das also not responing.
