Dear Sir,

As you know my office two persons where came to me and insists me to take Kotak Insurance Policy accordingly I had paid him $10,000/- wide chq no. & date given below and same has been deducted from my account. After that when I have not received any response to your office. When I contacted to your branch office at Aundh, Pune. He told me to contact customer care centre, he said send me details of your payment details.

Accordingly I have submitted those details send him through mail. But till date I have not receive any conformation from their side and awaiting reply from them. Request you kindly look in this matter as early as possible.
1. Kotak will give notice of Surrendering Policy. I had invested two years in Quarterly Premium: Rs.4, 500 I have paid. And 10.000.00 also paid. But he did not add this amount.

I was issued in 25th Sep, 2009, TO CLEARING-KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE wide chq No.29753.

Now, I wanted this amount how I getting back. I tried calling customer care & emails both of answers are not satisfied. I was shocked to till date we are not informing about this Amount and one more chq is also in hand. That is amount Rs4500.00. hear that he had been terminated I meet the nearest branch also no use.
