Dear Sir/Madam

I am using my airtel connection séance last 5 year and my mobile no. is 9974177092 and the account no. is 111-100723353. I am the privilege customer of Airtel India ltd. But talking about the service and network issue the airtel have become worst and worst. A pathetic service and problematic service I have faced.

Since last 2 months I am facing the network problem at my office and my billing address that’s my home place. The problem that I m facing are as under,
1. At my office : my office address is 10th floor, commerce center, opp. BBC tower, Sayajigunj, vadodara – 39005. On this address only 1 or 2 signal are shown and many a times during the call the signal goes disconnected so because of this during the call the opposite caller word are not clear and they get cut during the call.
2. At my Home address – my home address 5, kamla Nehru park soc., nr. Mehsananagar garba ground, nizampura, vadodara. – 390002. On this address I m facing the same problem of network but the problem is in the night after 12am to 8am the network gets lost. On my mobile signal are shown full but any other person who trys to contact me in between this time he hears “out of coverage area” or “mobile is switched off” that had made me in trouble. Because of this issue any emergency call in the night I cant receive it and many a time I have to face a very major issue because of this.

For this I have logged many complain to airtel by calling the customer care no. 121 and registered the new complaint but they have not taken any action regarding this the recent complaint no. is 41728778. They say that there is no any problem and close the complain without listening to me. So I m fed up with them .

So I humble request you to Kindly look into this matter and please please solve my problem as soon as possible.
