Complaint Details
1.Had opted for non-a/c Shri Sai Travels to travel shirdi,but was escorted in Poulo's A/c bus with a promise that from Thane will get our non/ac bus.

2 we were pressurized to pay the difference and stay in the bus.

3.were asked to get down to wait for our non/ac bus at thane .we insist we will not get down till the other bus arrive as at 12.00 thane office was closed and I accompanied my sister and old parents.

4.12.30 am ,no bus arrived were told later it already had left. harassment did not end here we were asked to change the seat twice.the assistant was so rude we really felt too embarrassed.not to mention my father is in services[IAF] due to retire after 33 years of service to nation & mother has problem of high BP.

4I intend to make this case as eye opener to others who suffer and forget it as bad time and concern authorities.If no feed back provided would go to consumer court as well.
