Dear Sir/Madam,
I have lodged a complain of non working of my purifier on 09/12/2011 on customer care no of the company they have given me complain no.: 86025828 again i have lodged online complain for the solution of the water purifier. but no taken any initiative to solve the problem it is almost one and half month time passed from the complain made.
please instruct the company to check the problem and resolve it or refund the money of the product and take away the product from me.
