Complaint Details
Purchased a waterfurifier named aquagaurd neo. Euraka Forbes sales representative Mr. Soumitra das took two chqs from me for a water purifying machine (Rs 6490) and iron filter (Rs 1190. Machine was delivered on 27-12-2010 with a promise to install ironfilter next day. both the chqs were honoured but still as on today the 21-01-2011 the iron filter has not been provided. Inspite of filling a complaint in the customer care of eureka forbes no action has been taken till date and no body is making them responsible for providing the iron filter. Customer care executives are very rude. they have provided me a docket no. 84206435 dt 17-01-2011 but do not provide an assurance of taking care of the complaint.
