Have an Aquasure SpringFresh Reverse Osmosis water purification system from Eureka Forbes under AMC until 8-2-12. Placed a complaint that the membrane hasn't been changed and a leaky tap on 24-1-12 Customer ID:1005947515 and complaint number: 0065320148. There had been no response so placed an online complaint with Eureka Forbes Number being: 40251d05cb1b on 31-1-12, till now there been no response on call back from the company or service personnel. So I'm submitting a complaint to his online consumer forum, hoping for redressal.
