Complaint Details
The company has declined my complain due to influence of his dealer "Uday Chand Shri Chand" in varanasi. The dealer has misbehaved when complain was shown to him. When complained to company they have decided that there is no complain on the basis of photograph sent by the dealer, in which intentionally the complain portion was not shown. They have also made false statement that the Samsonite Service Representative has checked my bag. But the truth is that the person to whom the bag was delivered and checked by him is the person of the dealer "Uday Chand Shri Chand". The company representative who was in contact with me Mr. Vimal (MB No. 9839714715) on teletalk told that he has not physically checked the bag and has seen only the photograph sent by the dealer. The company has totally failed in the complain resolution and have also not taken any action against the dealer for misbehave.
