Iam a member of Time share in Toshali Sands puri in which I get to spend 1 week per year at Puri resort.Under agreement signed i was to be given full copy of constitution of club which governs my membership facility.I have been refused this week's stay on the ground that I have not paid 2years maintenance. inspite of repeated requests I have not been given the constitution of Club rules.
