Complaint Details
Sandipani CHS LTD is a redevelopment project in Oshiwara. In May 2010, our old buildings were demolished and thereafter construction of new building work started. After several follow up,Shreedham Builder is not ready to execute my individual Agreement with sub-registrar of assurances. I already paid the stamp duty for new flat on 26th December 2011.

It is clear from above contention that Shreedham Builder is not cooperating to register my individual agreement. Hence I humbly request you to look into the matter and resolve it in my favour.
