Complaint Details
For our new hotel in Chennai, BELL CENTRAL, (Location : New no. 47, Old no.
21, Poonamallee High Road, Perimet, Chennai 600 003), we had purchased the
following purifiers:

A) AG 600 DUAL FAUCET ON LINE UV PURIFIER Rs. 29299/-
B) AG 200 WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER Rs. 9790/-

Even after six months we are not in a position to consume the water as a fouls odour emanates from the purified water. TDS of output water is more than the input water. On request from your Mr. Dinakaran & Mr. Kothandaramn, we shifted the location of the purifier, as they claimed that the activated carbon was absorbing smell from the kitchen where it was placed. But what about the TDS of the output water being more than the input water. Even after shifting of the equipment to a different location, the odour still continues.

Almost all our staff have suffered from throat infection including the undersigned.

Your service people after prolonged calling would drop in at their leisure
& leave our premise without informing any of our representatives. On
one such trips your technicians was seen by me using a TESTER to unwind a
Star screw. This is highly unacceptable as it would damage the equipment.
On being questioned by me, he responded saying they were not carrying the
Tools as they were not very sure of what screws were to be unwound.

We are still buying bubble tops from local market, even after paying you
About Rs. 39,090/- over a month back. Please look into the same as it matter of health of our staff & also into the additional cost incurred for buying the bubble tops

I am extremely sorry for writing to you as numerous calls have fallen on deaf ears. I am being held responsible by my organization for this investment as other brands are readily available at an economical price.
