We had asked to service our water purifier of above mentioned company in the continuation of that service mechenic had come to our place and made service for our water purifier on dt.16-1-2011 within 10 minuter after service done he left the our place by taking service charges of Rs.250/- and he also told that your water purifier have no problem its ok and in also in proper condition.But in the afternoon of the same day problem started with our water purifier we immediately conatacted the mechenic in reply he gave some suggessions to operate the machine but we said we do not know how to opoerate. We called him again he did not turned up. Today morning after somany calls made by us to their office, nobody was present in the office to reply us. Fianlly I asked the recepnist I wanted to takl to your custmer care incharge in reply she said he is also not present in the office, thereafter she called us and after we requested very storngly she agreed to send the mechenic and mecheniec came to our place and he said as your circuit (circuit of machine) is not working and you will have to pay Rs.850/- for the same and to repair the same we need to take your machine to our service centre. I told him that, our machine was in workig condition and at the time of service as per your statement it was in working conditions then waht is the problem now? in reply to my question he said I dont know defect ariives after my service but I am not at fault. I told to the customer care and talk with Mr. Jayesh Adwani name I am not sure but he also said you will have to pay Rs.850/- and you will have to bring the machine at our service centre. Therefore my complaint it that, my water purifier machine Model Designa was in working conditions at the tiem of servicing it as submitted by company's mechenic, because of mechenic default my machine came in to non working condition. Therefore it is my humble request to you THe Hon. Redreesal for cause to give proper justice in favour of me to make my machine back in to working condition by fixing the new circuit in our machie as it was not working because of fault of company's mechenic.
