Complaint Details
I have disputed the transaction of Rs 9437.92/- incurred at M/s Product wereld on 12/09/2011. For your information Productwereld is a website in a foreign language
which I dint recognize.
I communicate the same to HDFC bank and they told me to fill dispute form which I have filled around 4-5 times.Every time I got the feedback that the transaction is
authenticated transaction.
I had also made complaint in Cyber crime police station on 14/10/2011 and was unable to find any resolution.
After it I filled a complaint in RBI banking ombudsman scheme and they told that they do not deal with fraud issues.
Could you please help me to find the resolution.
Please find all supporting documents.
If the disputed amount dint get cleared then my CIBIL rating will go down which will have long term negative effect.
I want this disputed amount to be cleared plus the intrest the bank is charging on monthly basis
