Complaint Details
Dear Sh. Venkat,

I am Sebin Jose P.J. residing at 102, Bhagyoday, plot no. 275, sector - 21, nerul east, navi mumbai, maharashtra, 400706.

I had recently visited your stall in the Property exhibition held at vashi on 12th of February 2012 and was introduced to your products by your sales executives at the stall.

I was interested in your product UV Enhance to purchase the same.

Your Sales executive Sh. Mahendra Bhimrao Surwade confirmed to me the following:

1.0 That Enhance UV product would be delivered to me on the next day ie. 13th February 2012
2.0 That this product would be accompanied with all accessories along with the product.
3.0 That this would be installed on 13th February 2012 itself at my home.
4.0 That this product could be wall mounted with the stand which was also on dislay at the exhibition.
5.0 That there will be a demo at my home for the product.

In order to avail of the above offer, I was advised to pay Rs. 11990/- by way of cheque in the name of Eureka Forbes.

I made the payment to him for Rs. 11990/- for sl. nos. 1 to 5 above. This was also subsequently realised by Eureka Forbes on 17th Feb.

All the above commitments were dishonoured by Eureka Forbes.

However, after several follow-ups with Sh. Mahendra, he delivered a consignment at my home when I was away from home and left without any intimation on 15th February 2012, without any document. This itself is a blatant violation of normal sales contract. However, having paid the money, I had no other option but to request for the installation.

To my utter disbelief, all committed services from sl.nos. 2 to 5 above have not been provided even till date, even after 8 days.

This is totally frustrating and completely disappointing from a company like Eureka Forbes.

Inspite of the above, I had requested for the provision of all the above services from sl. nos 2 to 5 on your call centre help desk and I was promptly given a reference number 18212434 on 18th February 2012.
I had also lodged complaint online with the following number. b5675b86a53d
And yet, there has been no action taken on sl.nos. 2 to 5 till date.

The above is a very frustrating, disappointing experience.

In view of the above, I would request you to kindly take back the parcel still lying in my home with the full packaging in tact and return Rs. 11990/- immediately, failing which I will be constrained to initiate necessary legal actions from my end.
